In its decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, the U.S. Supreme Court decimated the constitutional right to abortion in the United States. Every day without congressional action means more people are being denied their human right to abortion. We urgently need a federal law that re-establishes a nationwide right to abortion and protects access to abortion even in a world without Roe.

In an equitable and just society, all health care, including abortion, is accessible for everyone -- not just those in certain states or with the means to travel.
