The chaos of the Trump administration continues to cripple health and human rights around the world. As Ukraine entered its fourth year of war against Russia's invasion, Trump has pulled back aid, siding with Russia instead.

In Syria, where the country is finally realizing an opportunity to rebuild after 13 years of civil war, we see hospitals closing due to the withdrawal of U.S. aid.

As the administration’s policies continue to compound suffering, threaten public health, and violate fundamental human rights, PHR is fighting back.

We’ve mobilized our networks of clinicians and expert teams of lawyers, policy and human rights advocates, and researchers to protect the right to seek asylum, freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, the right to comprehensive reproductive care, and the right to health.
